How to Download Newly Registered Domains Files from the WhoisFreaks Billing Dashboard

WhoisFreaks provides daily files of Newly Registered Domains, along with WHOIS, Cleaned WHOIS, and DNS data depending on the subscription you purchase. This guide explains how to buy the correct Domainer Subscription and how to download the files from your dashboard.


1. Buy a Domainer Subscription

To access Newly Registered Domain files, you must first purchase a Domainer Subscription.

Step 1: Go to Billing & Subscription

  • From the left menu, click Billing.
  • This will expand the subsections for subscription types.

Step 2: Open Newly Registered Subs

Click Newly Registered Subs.

Here, you’ll see the different Newly Registered Domains subscription options. You can switch between Monthly and Yearly plans using the tabs at the top.

2. Choose the Right Newly Registered Domains Subscription

In the Newly Registered Domains section, there are four types of subscriptions, each unlocking different downloadable files:

  1. Newly Registered Domains – Without WHOIS
    Allows downloading domains-only files.
  2. Newly Registered Domains – With WHOIS
    Allows downloading domains + WHOIS files.
  3. Newly Registered Domains – With Cleaned WHOIS
    Allows downloading domains + cleaned WHOIS files.
  4. Newly Registered Domains – With WHOIS & DNS
    Allows downloading domains + WHOIS + DNS files.

Choose the subscription type that matches the files you want to download.

3. Accessing the Download Page

Once you’ve purchased a subscription:

Go to Newly Added Domains

From the left menu, click Newly Added Domains.

4. Available Download Sections

Inside the Newly Domains page, you’ll see seven sections based on domain categories and file types:

GTLD Sections

  1. GTLD Newly Registered Domains (Only)
  2. GTLD Newly Registered Domains WHOIS
  3. GTLD Newly Registered Domains Cleaned WHOIS

CCTLD Sections

  1. CCTLD Newly Registered Domains (Only)
  2. CCTLD Newly Registered Domains WHOIS
  3. CCTLD Newly Registered Domains Cleaned WHOIS

DNS Section

  1. Newly Registered Domains DNS

Your subscription determines which of these sections you can download files from.

5. Downloading Files

Inside each section, you will see a list of download links arranged by date.

Important Notes

  • You can download files that are up to 3 days older relative to your subscription purchase date.
    (Example: If you purchased on the 10th, you can download files from the 7th onward.)
  • Each downloadable item is a .gz file.
  • Free sample data for each file type is available for download without requiring a subscription.

After Downloading

  • Unzip the .gz file using any unzip tool (WinRAR, 7-Zip, macOS Archive Utility, Linux gunzip command).
  • Once extracted, you’ll get a .csv file containing the domain data.

7. Using the Filter Button

A Filter button is also available on this page.
Use it to filter the domainer data by:

  • Date range
  • File type
  • WHOIS / Cleaned WHOIS options
  • Domain Name Filters
  • Registrant, Registrar & much more filters

This helps you quickly find the exact files you need.
