If you've already purchased a subscription on WhoisFreaks, you’ll find all the management options right inside your Dashboard. This guide walks you through how to update your payment details or cancel your subscription, depending on what you need.
🔎 Haven’t subscribed yet? Follow this guide to get started.
Once you’ve subscribed, head over to your Dashboard. Your active subscription will be displayed there, along with key details like plan name, renewal date, and status.
You’ll also see two main buttons:

Click on Update Payment Details to change your saved card or billing information. This is useful if your current card is expiring or if you want to switch to a different payment method.
The update happens instantly and applies to your next billing cycle.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, click the Cancel button. A dialog will pop up with two options:

Choose the option that fits your needs.
Once you choose an option, you'll be asked for a cancellation reason. You can either select from common reasons or choose Other to write your own.

After completing this, your subscription will be marked for cancellation accordingly.
If you selected Deactivate at End of Billing Period, you’ll still see the subscription listed on your Dashboard — but the Cancel button will now say Uncancel.

Clicking Uncancel will reactivate your subscription before it expires. Your billing and access will continue without interruption from the current cycle.
This gives you flexibility to pause and return without setting everything up from scratch.
Managing your subscription on WhoisFreaks is designed to be simple and flexible. Whether you need to change your payment method, cancel temporarily, or come back later - it's all just a few clicks away.
